Adobe Revel 2.3.2 Installation Issue

Some of you may have noticed that here is an issue with installing the Revel iOS version 2.3.2.

We have been working very closely with Apple to resolve the issue and hope to have resolution soon.  We apologize for the inconvenience this may be causing you. We recently resubmitted an update to the app store and are currently waiting for app approval from Apple.

If you would like to access your photos on an iOS device before this is fixed, you can login to adoberevel.com from a browser on your device.  You can still use adoberevel.com from a browser on any other device or computer, and from our mac, win8, and android apps.

I will update this thread when I have further information.

Really? Give me back my old edition. Some of us don't have a desktop to fall back on. I guess we should run off to the library to upload our photos? Ridiculous!

I'm sorry, but there is no way ADOBE can explain or justify seven (7) days and counting to fix this problem, a problem that ADOBE should have resolved in BETA testing. Releasing a software update that brings down an entire SW product on the mobile market place it was intended to support is worthy of employment termination and it can't be good for ADOBE stock as the word gets out about ADOBE software engineering and quality control.

There seems to be no relief in sight either. One does not get the sense that ADOBE is taking this issue, or the damage it's doing to their reputation, serious. This is a grievous tragedy in a world proliferated by websites waiting and willing to fill the void being created by ADOBE REVEL.

The prime impact is to me, but the long range impact is the loss of all those I've invited to join my Revel page who now see ADOBE in an entirely new, less favorable, light. I hope the ADOBE CC 2014 engineering team isn't contaminated by the lack of quality control and pride exhibited by the ADOBE REVEL team and management.

I've just posted this link on the other thread related to this problem, but I'll post it here as well.

I've been affected by the same 2.3.2 issue, but I have followed the procedure at http://www.iphonehacks.com/2013/07/re... to roll back to 2.3.1 and have been quite happily using Revel on my iPhone and iPad all week. You'll need to also switch off automatic updates to stop your iPhone or iPad repeatedly trying to reinstall 2.3.2 again, but it will get you all working.

Just given iTunes a kick and the 2.3.3 update has popped up here too...

All up and running fine so far.

I have no problem with the Revel on my iPad with the new 2.3.3 - what I have a problem is with the iMac version 1.10 it has not been updated and will not let me upload more than 50 pictures for the month even though my iPad version and on line version says I still have enough space

Because the Mac 1.10 version was release a while ago, it still works on old plan. When the next version is released, it will reflect the new changes to the subscription plans.
