If I open lightroom and it is in the develop module (from the previous use of lightroom) clicking on the triangle for an impromptu slide show gives the message "Video support is disabled". For a work around - just switch to slideshow module, change nothing, switch back to develop and click impromptu slideshow again and it then does the slide show.
The slide show also is still showing the first image shown in a very pixelated form - it looks like an upsized thumbnail image.
Just to confirm that Martin Ohye's workaround works for me as well. In fact it works whether you are in the Library or Develop module. Just switching to the Slideshow module and back causes the Impromptu Slideshow to work. Greets

For the time being, go to the slideshow module and play from there as a workaround.
