Sony ZV-1 Camera RAW Issue

Hello,

I keep on being advised by the Adobe customer support that in the next update I should be able to use my RAW files from my recent purchase of the Sony ZV-1.

However, I am not getting a specific timeline when this update will happen. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

This is a list of cameras supported but of course Sony ZV-1 is not on the list.

It's almost August 2020. The Sony ZV-1 was released in May 2020. Why does it take 3 months to enable compatibility?

Regards,
Chris

The just released DNG converter (beta) has been updated for that camera. You'll have to use it that way until there is 'native' support in ACR/LR which should happen 'soon' now that the DNG converter has been updated.

Download DNG Converter 12.4 Beta:

Windows: https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=6971

Mac: https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/detail.jsp?ftpID=6969

New support for:

  • Canon EOS R5

  • Canon EOS R6

  • Nikon Z 5

  • Panasonic LUMIX DC-G100 (DC-G110)

  • Skydio 2

  • Sony ZV-1 (DCZV1/B)

Hi Andrew

The DNG converter only does one file at a time. How come I cannot convert an entire folder of several files at once. Would greatly appreciate any advice on this.

It's working for me with a folder of images (CR2s) under Catalina.
