NOT toggle for BOTH color and luminance rangemasking

Following my recent suggestion to create a NOT color toggle to specify a color "avoidance" for range masking, it occurs to me that this could apply to luminance as well. In other words, a NOT switch for luminance would create a valley, rather than a peak for the specified luminance range. I'd assume this could be adjusted for narrow or wide as the current luminance slider adjustment works.

It's a bit harder (for me, at least) to pre-envision where this would come in handy as opposed to the current control, but I've found that even with the current control, just experimenting with a photo can produce some unexpectedly great results; I'd expect this NOT control might produce great effects as well.
