New ACR Crop Issues
Upon selecting the Crop tool, the image automatically reduces in size. This is annoying - if I want it to be smaller, I'll make it smaller.
Even more annoying is while in the Crop panel, when I select the Straighten tool, the image automatically reduces in size - again. I frequently need to straighten the horizon that is only visible in part of the image. So every time I straighten, I have to increase the image size back to fit-in-view (or larger). And I can't hit Z to zoom to where I need - that kicks me out of the Crop panel. So my only choice is to hit CTRL + several times.
These two behaviors remind me of Microsoft in the early 2000's - adding "features" to "help" you, that get in the way, slow workflow, and generally annoy the user. (Remember the paper clip?) Please, Adobe - stop helping me.
And by the way, where does the straighten tool select it's starting point? It's not in the center of the plus. It appears to be closest to the top of the handle on the suitcase to the right of the plus (small dots in arc).
