Mask adjust HSL

Recent update to Capture 1 (11.0) allows a colour adjustment to be made to a masked area.
It would be really cool to allow all tools (as with Capture One) to be used in mask mode, in particular HSL. For example. darken and saturate blue sky (only) or, alter colour in a pack shot without the adjusting the whole image.

You can do this with the Adjustment Brush Color and Luminance Range Mask tools:

Yes, in Photoshop.  But this is about Camera Raw... ;)

Gime, the Color and Luminance Range Mask controls are available in Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) 10 and Lightroom 7. The video at the link I provded demonstrates using these tools from inside ACR and they work the same inside Lightroom.

Colour and Range mask are a step towards what I'd like!
However what I would really like is to have the HSL tool tab available with the adjustment brush and for example "paint" the sky and then adjust the Blue Saturation and Lightness. (gives great skys) However when you do this globally you often get bad artefacts in (blue) shaded areas of buildings.
Capture One does this really well, however (for lots of reasons mostly speed of workflow) I only use it when tethered.

This will give some idea of what would be nice!

Please add your 'Me To' vote and comments with the C1 video link at the below post. This request is seven years old and Adobe hasn't even changed the status to 'Under Consideration.' It doesn't look good that Adobe will implement this request, especially since they've recently added the similar (but simpler) Range Mask local tools.

Alternatively you can do this in PS:

or with this PS plugin:
