[Note to others: As Edward clarifies, he is looking for 4/3 lens profiles, not Micro 4/3 lens profiles. The 4/3 system predates Micro 4/3 and did not embed lens profiles in raw files.]
As you've discovered, Adobe has discontinued the Lens Profile Downloader. And Adobe never included lens profiles for the Zuiko 4/3 lenses in the profiles distributed with Camera Raw and LR. A google search suggests there is no community of users who have shared their lens profiles for these lenses, unfortunately, but perhaps someone more knowledgeable knows of one.
Absent that, I think your only option is to build your own profiles using the free Adobe Lens Profile Creator.

For micro43, profile them being inserted into RAWs, LR Classic and CameraEaw use these data automatically.
