Lightroom/Camera Raw: Moire pattern found in neutral grays

I found a white/dark moire pattern repeating at approx 100 degrees when adding grain in neutral grays while turning this gray to red. The size of the grain is the cause. When using low values like 1~10 the pattern is very strong and can be seen on lores images as well. Increasing the size diminishes the moire. http://www.ruuddekorte.com/moireinlightroom please see my link with examples. Please solve this.

Is it observable when you export the photo at full resolution as JPEG for example?

Also are you applying any image transform (like profile lens correction, vignetting or other manual transforms) to the image? What happen if you turn it off (the most direct way is toggle off the panel switch on the left side of the Lens Corrections panel header. Does it make any difference?

Good one! I set the rotation back to 0 degrees and now it looks fine.
Sounds like the grain pattern needs a rotation too.
