Crop Tool Rotation

With the latest ACR, the crop tool overlay can no longer be rotated unless you've cropped off part of the image - The rotation icon won't appear when mouse is held just above the image.Therefore, to simply rotate a slightly crooked photo, I have to: Add a small crop overlay. Rotate. expand the crop overlay to the edges of the photo.. Before, you simply rotate and the overlay shrinks as much as is needed.



I've reset ACR's preferences to no avail. Let me know if you need any additional info..
