Camera Raw/Lightroom: 'Polygonal Area' Adjustment Tool

To include a 'Polygonal area Adjustment Tool' with individually adjustable control points. Useful for windows or objects with straight lines and sharp edges

When we want to change the highlights/exposure inside a window, we have to use a rounded brush. It would be usefull to have some type of "Polygonal Lasso Tool" to select the window precisely. It's difficult to brush a square area with a rounded tool...

I agree that a polygonal selection tool could be useful. As a more time-consuming workaround, you can choose a small brush, enable Auto Mask, and brush the areas near the edge of the window.  Then, if Auto Mask isn't doing a good job on the window overall, turn off Auto Mask and use a larger brush for the interior areas of the window.   This usually produces good results for me, though it does take more time than a polygonal selection tool.

Exactly John R. Ellis, that's what I have been doing. But it's like you said - it takes us more time to change the brush size as we get closer to the corners each time. Thanks for your reply and for your time! Regards
