Camera Raw: Where is the convert to grayscale checkbox that used to be under HSL?

there is no grayscale checkbox in the new Camera Raw (2018) version under HSL.  It would help if someone could address this and let users know where it is now!

The difficulty with using the new Black & White radio button is now you have to click here, then switch tabs to go to the HSL panel to adjust the sliders, then (typically) back again to readjust the Basic sliders. The benefit is there are several profiles for B&W that may just be enough to get you off to a good start with the conversion.
Unfortunately, it is hiding in plain sight where no one thinks to look the first time.  Most of us are far too used to using HSL when we're converting to think about the fact that it's now being treated as part of a Profile.

And when the photo is converted to B&W, the HSL panel changes to B&W, and you can adjust Black & White Mix.
