Camera Raw v18.104.22.1685: Can not Synchronize Spot Removals across multiple images properly
Open multiple camera raw files, 8 for example. Apply a Spot Removal adjustment brush to a location in the first image, then copy the adjustment to all other images so you can use Synchronize function (Shift-left click across all open files, either before or after Spot Removal is applied, to select all files (does not make a difference if all files selected before or after).
After all files selected in ACR, hit ALT+S to open Synchronize panel; click Check All; click OK.
Your Spot Removal adjustment has been copied to all selected files.
EXCEPT that the SOURCE point of your Spot Removal adjustments in each image can change without any permission from you!
You make an adjustment in the first image, copy it to all other images...and there is absolutely no guarantee that your adjustment is worth ANYTHING in the copied files, as ACR may change the spot removal adjustment as it copies said adjustment to the other files.
When we Synchronize we expect the adjustment to STAY THE SAME across the synchronized files. Going in and having to manually adjust the mis-synchronized files only adds to our workflow and defeats the purpose of "synchronizing" in the first place.
