Camera Raw 12.3: Shortcuts not working

Neither the "H" key to go back to the HAND tool (exit the adjustment brush); nor the Command/Control R to reset to default exposure are working. (ESC does exit the Adjustment brush).
Also, COMMAND-OPTION CLICK to ZOOM in only increases zoom value one level before becoming the REVERSE zoom out. Command + still works as it ought.

And, there's still no way to SAMPLE HSB values, even though there is a (wonderful) new HUE adjustment slider.

Straight from Adobe's blog in new changes:
The Hand Tool — The Hand tool has been relocated in the lower right of the ACR interface.

With most other tools selected, pressing the Spacebar will temporarily access the Hand tool.

The Zoom Tool — The Zoom tool’s default behavior has been modified – click in the image area to toggle between Fit in View and 100%.

• If you prefer the Zoom tool to automatically swap to the hand tool when zoomed into 100%, click the Settings icon (the gear) and choose General > Zoom and Pan and enable “Use Lightroom Style Zoom and Pan”.

• When moving from one image to another in the filmstrip, the zoom percentage and location will stay constant. To vary the zoom between images disable Global Zoom Editing from the Zoom Level popup in the lower left.

You can sample Lab; close enough?

So, now are we supposed to use the adjustment bush only at 100% or at fit in view size. It is very disappointing. Why do you remove useful part of the software? Please restore dynamic zoom in and out in adjustment brush. It is a primary functionality.

Sampling L*a*b* is not close enough. When selecting a color from the image, to use in the Color adjustment in the slider panel, one needs HS values (B is not applicable here. The same HSB values would be useful in the new HUE controller as well.

AND, I don't need quick access to the hand tool itself.  I need to get back to the Basic panel. tapping H in the previous version would escape the local editing panels and return to the main, Basic panel.

Well in a perfect world, someone messing with HSL would have HSL read-outs. This isn't a prefect world and I wouldn't hold my breath on HSL** being supplied along with RGB and Lab. But then the underlying RGB color space used for this isn't anything you'll ever have access to (ProPhoto RGB/Linear TRC). At least Lab is device independent so that's a moot issue.
Do tell us what values you need to produce non visually while using this tool that demands something other than Lab?

Thank you!
These shortcuts USED to be Command-Option 1,2,3 etc.
Adobe made another change.

I appreciate the help!

Camera RAW 12.3 Shortcuts page:

https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/default-keyboard-shortcuts.html

There is an error on this page:

"Toggle film strip orientation: Control + Shift + S    |    Command + Shift + S"  is incorrect.

It's an F, NOT an S.

Also, on ACR keyboard short cuts page, there is an error for Rotate image right (clockwise) and Rotate image left (counterclockwise). You can’t have the same command, Control + R (for Windows) or Command + L (for Mac) rotate images both clockwise AND counterclockwise.
