Adobe Lightroom cc classic doesn't support Fuiji XT3 Raw files. DNG work around is cumbersome, any better suggestions?

Currently Fuiji XT3 is not supported in Lightroom cc classic. Adobe does have a work around, but it is cumbersome and takes time. when will Adobe support Fuiji XT3 with their raw files
