Addition of "Scale/Rotate" to Camera Raw spot removal tools.

Camera Raw (and Lightroom) would benefit from spot removal "Scale" features which could allow resizing (and rotation) of the overlay (ie, the source imagery).

I'm constantly wishing this feature existed to allow for quick healing of areas affected by perspective.



ps. Please let me know if this functionality is hiding somewhere already!
