Search function in Bridge as it is in Lightroom

Hello,

I would like to have the same Search function as it is in Lightroom.

For example: I try to find DSC_4222 DSC_4225 DSC_4226 files in one Search row.

Lightroom finds three files. Bridge finds nothing.
Imagine, you have list with 100 filenames.

I want this because I use wordpress plugin, where customer pick photos and send me some sort of a exported list with filenames. It would be very usefull and very fast to just copy+paste this list to use it as filter, instead of manually check 200 photos from more than thousand pieces.

Please, I am very satisfied with Bridge+Camera Raw editing. In worst case scenario I will use PS. No problem. But don´t force me to  Lightroom, which is very confusing for me and I don´t want to use it at all :)

Thanks a lot

Agreed!!! Don't force us into Lightroom!!! I keyword botanicals and Lightroom falls apart with it's hierarchy system...

I'll add, sadly 2021 isn't a NEW program, it's still just an update with some of the same ole failures.

Agreed!!! ADOBE - Don't force us into Lightroom!!!

I keyword botanicals, (thousands of long latin names!) and Lightroom falls apart with it's low rent hierarchy system...

I'll add, sadly 2021 isn't a NEW program, it's still just an update with some of the same ole failures.

Hi @alexandr_chytil

Thanks for your feedback on Bridge, currently in Bridge you can not search with comma separated names, but if you have to search for a limited number of files (with search criteria as filename). You can try Advance Search option and have multiple rows for Filename under criteria.

Also if you can try using script, you can create a collection with the selected set of files and then you would be able to work on that set of files under collection.

Sample script to create collection:

var obj1 = new Thumbnail ();

var obj2 = new Thumbnail ();

var coll_obj = [obj1, obj2];

testCollection = app.createCollection("Sample_Collection");

app.addCollectionMember(testCollection, coll_obj);

Thanks,

@swati_agarwal_4qxf3egukw19b Hi, yea, I know how it works. That´s the reason, why I posted this idea. Just copy Lightroom Search and paste it into Bridge :)
Despite that, I think Bridge is much better product for me, than Lightroom.

Thanks
