Camera Raw 12.3: Will only display on built-in monitor
Since the June update to Bridge/Photoshop/Camera Raw, I can't get the Camera Raw window to display on or move to my external monitor; it will ONLY come up on the built-in monitor of my HP ZBook. I use both Bridge and Photoshop on my external monitor for more real estate, and before the update CR always opened there, as well, whether launching directly from Bridge or as a filter from Photoshop. But now nothing I do will get the CR window to display or move to the external display.

Maybe I'm missing something. Can you please list the exact steps you take to reproduce the problem.
You might also try following the GPU troubleshooting guide for Camera Raw to see if you notice any errors reported:

I can't quite fathom that there have been SO MANY complaints about the ACR update with no update follow-up from Adobe. This is ridiculous.
