Bridge keywords

Feedback/ proposal to developers. In our design office, we use Bridge to organise our references.
1) You've made a very handy tool to organise Keywords in categories. However, in the Filter section, these categories/subcategories are lost.  There are no possibilities to collapse them into groups, which were already created. You have to scroll the through all of them.
2) There is no possibility to correct a keyword in all photos, to which you assigned them.
3) It would be handy to have a better tool to look for duplicates within the program.

Keywords are not in categories as such, you can use hierarchical keywords which have a parent and children but your settings in Bridge determine how those are handled (read and write.)

The filter section is there to show everything so you can select files. I'm not sure that displaying parent/child filters would help much.

You can search for specific keywords and just add the fixed keywords. This can also be scripted.

Not sure what you mean by duplicates. Duplicate keywords? There is a bug in Photoshop and Bridge Get Info that sometimes munges keywords so that dc:subject and lr:hierarchicalKeywords either don't match or have empty tags. Its been reported to the Bridge team.

Oh yes please, I pretty sure that displaying parent/child filters will make it more user-friendly and easier to navigate. It's so handy when I'm assigning the keywords. And t's such a pity that it doesn't work like this in the filter.

I have a related question. I created keywords, applied them to many photographs, but then decided that the keywords were better suited to a subcategory keyword. Now whenever I find photographs that were part of the original application of the keywords, they appear back on my keyword panel as they were prior to being merged. I have to manually deselect the keywords. Is it possible to migrate the old photos into my new keyword layout without manually doing it?
