Bridge: Folder tree collapses on network drive

When I access my network drives, I can expand my folders and see the whole folder tree.  After a few seconds, they all collapse and fold together and I just see 'This PC' and 'Desktop'.

This is already going on for a while and upgrades do not bring any solution.

In the past it used to be that when I unfolded the folders manually they stayed open.  But since 2019 this does not work anymore.

I work on Windows 10.
