however the serial no that i have to use from photoshop 5 windows to activate the elemts 8 is comming up as error

please could you help to uninstall my previous version of PSE release 8 (full version) because I replace it by PSE release 9 and I want to reinstall PSe on a other computer ?
I already install it but the control say : licence is out of date / already use
