Premiere Elements: Driver Error

Greetings,
I just bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 a few days ago and tried to use it to record a video using my Logitech Brio USB camera. I receive a driver error which I am unable to fix.
I was on a chat with Tech Support this morning and allowed the technician to have access to my computer and he went through a various array of troubleshooting and was unable to find the answer. He gave me the link to this site.
The camera works fine with Windows Camera/Video, OBS, and Logitech Software.

I searched the Adobe Forum and found that somebody had the same issue a year ago.

There is some type of bug in the Adobe.

I have included a photo of the error.

Thanks Sal. I will forward the issue to my team and we will try to debug the problem. Will keep you posted.

Thank you for sending this note. I had already tried Adobe Tech support and they could not figure anything out and left it as unresolved. The reason I bought this software is to do exactly what it will not do. I already have Adobe Premiere Pro which will not record from the USB Webcam and this was my alternative as pointed out by Adobe Sales.

Hello again Sal,

The issue does not seem to happen for us. But we have noted the camera specification at our end and will try to reproduce on that same camera device. Maybe it is the device which is causing the problem.
Although, you should be able to record your media through any of the sources you mentioned before (Windows Camera/Video, OBS, and Logitech Software). Please go ahead and then import the recorded media into Premiere elements. I am very sure that you will not be disappointed with the editing capabilities of our application. There is a lot which you can do with Elements 2019 which is going to amaze you.
Good luck!

Nidhi Bhushan.
