Manageable Font Library Tool
Feature request, please consider making a Font Library manager so that for people like myself who has 6000 fonts we can break fonts out into name-able libraries and then give us the ability to load particular libraries, just like brushes. Thanks
Example:
Example:
- T Shirt Design Fonts
- Poster Fonts
- Book Writing
- Magazine Illustration Fonts

Right now, you can use Apple Font Book (included with macOS), Extensis Suitcase Fusion or Extensis Type Server.
There are a few other font management utilities out there, I just haven’t used them.
Of course, a limited version of TypeKit is included with Creative Cloud that allows for 100 TypeKit fonts to be active, but that’s not what you’re looking for.

Nice that you want flexibility for Tshirt design but that only needs one or two fonts and you don't need to load 6000 fonts for that, even if you have 6000 from a software package, doesn't mean you need to load all of them. In the days with XP there was a fast rule among us engineers, never load fonts because they clog memory and the drive too. Same goes for too many photos. I have my photos on my own external drive, not a cloud which can be hacked easily. Too many fonts and photos will seize the drive. I don't abuse my PC. I only need a few fonts. Few fonts came with Photoshop are known as Vector fonts which are easily loaded and will stay intact with most graphics. Deal with that. There's a lot of them. I only loaded a few more but I don't want my Adobe hung up for more than a minute while it's finding fonts on the drive and trying to buffer them onto the screen. Too much buffering and dead sectors as a result an crash a drive. Go along with your original Windows plan and nothing will go wrong.
