Elements: User interface is either too small or too lARGE
I installed Photoshop Elements 2018 and Premiere Elements 2018 about a month ago wanting to avoid all the reported issues of the new Elements 2019. My computer uses Windows 10 that is update current as of yesterday with the display set at 1920x1080. After a month of use I’ve been looking for a way to change the size of the User Interface font as the default produces the “FILE, EDIT, IMAGE, etc” bar around 5 or 6 point with sub-menu items being maybe 8 point. I’ve tried adjusting the available options in Preferences>Display&Cursors>UI Scale factor: “Automatic” seems to make no discernible difference compared to “Small-100%”; while “Large-200%” increases everything by 200% with the end result that the whole PSE2018 and PRE2018 experience becomes challenging and very kludgey. I've spent hours looking on the web and forums for a fix to no avail. Here are several screenshots to help (remember display is 1920x1080 so you'll have to kinda visualize):

NOW TO MY QUESTION: Why are the available adjustments to the User Interface so limited - basically DEFAULT or 200%? This "FIX" seems like a "Good Enough - DONE!" fix. The question/problem is and has been around the web and forums both recently and for 4ish plus years if not more. Why can’t the fix be as simple as the options available in Windows 10 – 100%, 125%, 150% and 175%; perhaps a 200% is prudent for those with eyesight disabilities as several folks I know have.
BOTTOM-LINE: When can a REAL fix for this seemingly simple problem be implemented? If Microsoft can do it - I’m sure ADOBE can. The years of complaints seem to say that it is REALLY needed. Can we PLEASE finally get a credible fix.
