Elements: Do older versions work on macOS 10.15 Catalina?

Will I still be able to run Photoshop Elements 13 Editor when I update my Mac to Calalina?

No. Elements 13 is too old. It uses 32-bit licensing and installer technology that doesn't work on Catalina. Elements 2020 supports Catalina.
