Thats what i thought. Autoupdate even is disabled but it starts nevertheless. exactly the same with the notification manager (which is running after using CC)
so customer support told me that CC was using these processes in order to function, however after closing them manually it still launches and works fine. im going to delete CC for now since i only use it for updating. Can you tell me if theres a way to manually update?
So, they did not say delete. Running Windows? Bring up services, find thise, alter so they are stopped the alter so they do not automatically load. Mid you, check foe dependency’s, programs that need them running
Yes they did. They even gave me special tool to remove CC only while letting the apps be. only understood half of what you are saying but ill look into services.

adobe genuine software service
adobe update service
these are running after a fresh restart
after using the creative cloud it gets much worse and stays like that even after closing the application.
