Photoshop CS6: dark colors go black and blotchy (video driver)

got a problem with.. well I don't know..
when photo opened in Br CS6 everything is ok. open in photoshop and it looks like this. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...
this is the same picture edited in Lightroom 4.3: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...
You can notice those black squares when working in photoshop. despite seeing black squares, they are gone, when picture printed.
Reinstaled Photoshop, removed all preferences. changed, all color settings to those i have used for a year with no problem. actualy, when I move the window opn the screen, all squares disappear, when I release the window with photo they are back again.
PLEASE HELP.

Looks like a problem with your display calibration.
It could be the display profile, or it could be a bug in your video card driver (the shaders used to perform color correction).

Try setting the Photoshop GPU mode to "Basic", then relaunching Photoshop.
If that solves it, then the cause was the shaders (and a bug in the driver).
If that doesn't solve it, then the problem is most likely your display profile.
