I can't believe you only offer Photoshop Express to people in the USA. I live in Bermuda and was about to upgrade my free trial to 20 GB.

Hi, i'm a registered UK user of Photoshop Basic and have reached my limit on storage space - i've tried to buy an increase in storage but it won't let me as i'm in the UK. How do i increase my storage as UK user?

I don't understand why I can't add storage to my account.....I set up my account from Australia and have just discovered that upgrades are restricted to US only. At the very least this could have been explained during set up.
