Photoshop Express Mobile: How do I restore paid Photoshop Express app on iPhone?
downloaded and paid for app on iphone, now not recognising that i paid for the app months ago? this has happened since upgrading to ios5. tried rebooting app etc that the apple support suggests

Go into Photoshop Express's Settings > Purchases, and select Restore Purchases. Use your same iTunes login credentials and your paid features will be restored.

I had purchased the app on my iPod, but it broke on me. and I replaced it, but now it's telling me to buy it AGAIN, I transferred all of my apps but I can't transfer this one, it's really bugging me. what do I do?

I've made several failed attempts to download the Adobe Photo Pack for Adobe Photoshop Express for Iphone. It keeps saying I have to purchase the main app first before downloading the Photo pack. However, Photoshop Epress is free, right?? so how do I have to purchase Express first?? I was forced to purchase a different noise reduction app instead because of this problem. If you correct it let me know. Thanks

Hi Shawn
The issue seems to be that you may be using different iTunes accounts for the initial download vs purchase. If so, this is expected iTunes / App Store behavior for any app with purchasable add-ons (but it could be better messaged, I agree). The same iTunes account must download the free Photoshop Express app and purchase the Camera Pack.
Try deleting the app from your device, and iTunes, and then with the same iTunes account, do a new download and try the purchase, if you are still interested. -
