How do I upload photos and videos to Photoshop.com?

I mistakenly had my elements program preferrences set to upload all pictures from my hard drive. I therefore have many pictures on my photoshop.com site that I do not want there. I have not been able to find a way to delete the "uncategorized" pictures other than one at a time. Since I have 10,000 on there I do not want to do it that way! Is there any way to do this?

Uploading photos and videos is easy!
- Choose Online Tools > Photoshop Express Organizer at the top of the Photoshop.com home page. Sign in, if prompted.
- Click Upload in the upper-right corner of the window.
- Navigate to and select the files you want to upload. Click Open.
Note:Click More info in the bottom-right corner of the dialog box to learn about the Express Uploader desktop application. Use the Express Uploader to drag photos into your Photoshop.com library.
- In the Upload Photos And Video dialog box, select an upload location:
- Upload To Library Places files in your Library.
- Upload To New Album Places files in a new album, named with the current date.
- Upload To Existing Album Places files in the album you select from the pop-up menu.
- Optionally, click Choose More to add more files to the upload.
Note: To remove a file from the upload queue, click the “x” icon to the right of the file’s name. - Click Upload.

How do I upload pictures from adobe photoshop starter edition 3.0?

Starter Edition has been been deprecated. See the following document: What happened to Adobe Photoshop Album Starter Edition?
You can use the stand alone Photoshop Express Uploader to upload your images to Photoshop.com:

Hi Mauricio,
Do you have the photoshop express mobile app? -
-
-
-
If you have Photoshop Express for iOS, you select a photo and then choose an upload target: Photoshop.com, Facebook, TwitPic.
If you have Photoshop Express for Android, go to the Upload tab, select one or more photos, and then choose an upload target: Photoshop.com, Facebook, TwitPic. -

Hello, I have a lot of pics in sd cards than I have not downloaded to my library because my starup disk in a MacBook Pro is almost full; can I upload them (let's say 10 pics) directly to photoshop.com without having them in my library?

I am trying to upload photos, however, when I click 'upload' underneath the status tab is says 'unknown' and does not actually upload, it stays at 0%. Why?

I am having the same problem where the status is unknown and the upload doesn't upload! Any advice?

To Laura and Millena
I can't reproduce. Let me suggest some basic troubleshooting....
-- Can you try updating your version of Flash player? Link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
-- Can you try an alternate web browser?
-- Can you try the standalone Photoshop Express Uploader? Installer: http://www.photoshop.com/tools#uploader -

I'm trying to upload a 508MB video (.wmv) to Photoshop.com. I browse to select the file but once that file is in the upload box it tells me it's "oversized" and I only have the choice to remove it. I have over 1.5G of free space. Why is this happening? Admittedly, I'm not paying for space thus only have 2G of space available but it still seems I should be able to upload this file.

I believe we re-encode videos for playback at 2 mbit/sec, and match the source resolution up to 720P. Checking out my own similar creation in my own account, using my home connection, on an iPad (no Flash), I get smooth playback. There are Flash player local storage settings, but I've never been asked to increase them for video playback when streaming video.
Some questions to try and troubleshoot this? Can you try another browser?. Is your Flash player relatively recent (installed or updated in the last year or so)? What is your general geographic location? What is your bandwidth? -
-
Charlie.....figured it out.....probably dependent on the amount of on-board RAM you have. Some people played the slideshow with no issues. I simply waited a good 10 minutes before pressing 'play' and it played fine with full motion and music. Thank you

Do other people can see the photos i upload? Because after i uploaded there's no photos in my gallery?
-
-
Hi Donni, you have to enable sharing settings for albums in which your images reside.
-
I have the same Q as Donni and I can't seem to find which settings i have to alter... I'm using the android app and those to upload to photoshop, made a profile, signed in and uploade a bunch of photos... but I can't see them, my gallery is empty...
Where is the settings I need to alter? :) -

I uploaded many files at 728 x 1092 pixels. They apparently all were reduced to 341/345/368 x 512 pixels. Is 512 the maximum dimension, or have I uploaded incorrectly?
-
Hi David
What are your source files and where are uploading them? How are you downloading them to see this reduced pixel dimension? I am not sure I understand your workflow or results.
Assuming you are asking about Photoshop.com... Images you upload to Photoshop.com are stored in their original size. Thumbnails are created to display them via web browsing, but our large thumbs used for web display are 1024 pixels (I'm referring to the images users see when viewing your shared online gallery, or what you see when viewing your assets in your online Organizer). Since your source is smaller than our large thumb size, there should be apparent loss of image quality in the thumbs. Regardless, your original images are always preserved at their original dimensions when you download them back to the desktop (see the Download button to get the original phtoo, not right-clicking on the thumb to save that alternate version)
Hope this helps -

My bad. I looked at the data displayed for an older photo. Since I'm not allowing printing, I will set my maximum size to the 1024 for web display.

I am having trouble uploading.
I successfully uploaded about 40 pictures,
but then started getting an upload failure message with no further info.
I now cannot upload a single picture either to
Photoshop.com or using the express uploader.
I can sign on to my account and see all the pictures I have already loaded.
I restarted my system, which did not help.
I made no changes on my system between being successful and failing. -

We're investigating an issue with uploading that appears to have developed this AM. Follow this thread for more details:

My video also says oversized and it is only 250 MB. Just trying to get a feel for the size limitations as I am trying to find something to replace my Mobile Me on my Mac. I want to upgrade to more storage but want to see the quality displayed first, there is enough in my free account to accommodate this file and the format is correct

You can upload videos up to 2GB in size if you use the standalone Express Uploader app we created for www.photoshop.com. More info is at the bottom of the page here: http://www.photoshop.com/tools

It says that it supports gif. files, but when I did upload them, they don't play.

I'm having trouble uploading videos. My gallery is empty, so I have 2 GB of space. I tried to upload several videos that are about 300-400 MB each, and each time I got an "Oversize" message with "Remove" as the only option. I also tried uploading several psd files as a test, and that worked fine.

Skye, are you using the uploader on www.photoshop.com, or the standalone Express Uploader which runs as a standalone application?
If you have tried the standalone uploader, please do. More info here:
