I can't edit any of the photos in my account. What do I need to do to be able to edit again?

1Can you add more details to what exactly is happening when you click on 'Edit'
Does the Express Editor not load at all?
Do you see an error message?
What browser and OS combination were you working on?
What Flash Player version are you using? ( Use this to check your flash version : http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/155/tn_15507... )
Someone here had similar problems with the Express Editor not loading at all, the suggested workaround is to clear your Browser Cookies/Cache and retry.

Are the files you are trying to edit .jpg files? Were the uploaded via Elements, the AIR-based uploader, or the ps.com uploader?
Were you able to edit the files previously?
What browser/platform are you using?

Same problem here...I took pictures on my Samsung Galaxy, uploaded them through the photoshop.com app....get on my laptop to edit them and it says that it can't edit the uploaded photos...why is this????

The photos are on my own page after uploading them from my hard drive files. I have doubles and would like to delete all the twins. Thank you.

I'm using 3 different PCs, One is windows 7 32 bit, one is windows 7 64 bit and one is Windows XP SP 3, all have the latest flash and I've tried IE 8 and Firefox 7. I can upload the photos to Photoshop but when I try to edit a photo. It won't load in the editor.I've uploaded through the web and the Express Editor.

having trouble resizing will not allow me to resize photo to 512x512 and yet the photo can be resized in pse. STOP read all this before replying with the work around cache history all have been cleared so stop with sending this step to me info is given with all necessary info. window 7 home premium google chrome and ie 8 and java is enabled. so know do the work with this issue. plz help[ with resolution not a work around temporary fix. Thank You

The resize feature in Express Editor allows you to change your image size to some pre defined presets ( Profile, Mobile.. etc) or define some custom heightxwidth, but all the time maintaining the original aspect ratio.
In short you will be able to resize your image to 512x512 only if your original image had an aspect ratio of 1:1
In PSE you can change the image size without the constraint of maintaining the aspect ratio.

I'm having the same issue. However I'm using a new camera than my last photos. My previous photos give me the option to edit this, but when I try to edit these new pictures, the edit photo option isn't highlighted, therefore I cannot choose that option.

The files may be too big, or in a format that the editor can't edit. If you hover over the Edit button (after selecting the file to edit), a popover message will appear with a likely reason for the problem.
