I'm running Photoshop 5.1 64bit on windows 7 machine
Camera Raw 6.4.1 will not open Nikon NEF files from a Nikon D3s
I can open Nikon NEF files with Camera Raw 6.4.1 in 32bit Photoshop 5.1 BUT NOT with 64bit 5.1 ... :-(

I find that I am able to open raw files from the Nikon D3s with Camera Raw 6.4.1 on a 64-bit version of Windows 7 while Photoshop is running in 64-bit. Are you able to open other raw files, such as DNG (there is a sample one in the "Sample" folder of Photoshop)? My best guess at this point is that you are missing the 64-bit version of the camera raw plug-in. Try running through the steps in this document: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/407/kb407110...Comment
