Sharing emails are sent instantly if destination email address is typed correctly. Sometimes emails are not received because they get blocked by spam filter.

2I thought if you gave someone your url then they would be able to upload the pictures and make copies for themselves. I sent out the pictures to a number of emails and one person came back saying they could not get into the pictures. Help please

I'm pretty frustrated with Photoshop on this. And they don't allow connection to Snapfish or some other service that serves easily and well!

On the gallery page (photoshop.com/users/), if you are signed in, you will see a little gear icon by each album. If you set an album to public, it will be visible for anyone visiting that page. You can also click on one of the albums you have set as public and just copy the browser URL and send it in an email. If sharing directly from the organizer is not working well for you, this would be a good option to use.

Sorry but you shouldn't have to set an album to "public" in order for someone to see it because it clearly says that setting it to shared can ONLY be seen by people you share the link with which is not the case since setting it to "shared" the site states "that no albums are being shared". This is obviously some kind of glitch.

Auto Sync on my HTC incredible is not working, has not worked once. I set it all up correctly, and after a day, nothing has been uploaded/synced and new photos are not showing up in the Photoshop Express Gallery on my phone either, its like it stopped noticing anything new two days ago....?-
I have the same problem. My backup syncronization hasn't uploaded any photos since August, and it claims that it is in sync. Anyone know what to do to fix this problem?

I cannot copy a slideshow to a DVD. How do I do that? It's a slideshow I can view from a friends' user site. I can copy still pictures from his other albums.

So how do you add Emails to your account, I do not see a way unless they are on Facebook or other media. How do you move contacts over from other Email accounts -
