Photoshop Express Mobile: adding and subtracting images
I've been using Photoshop Elements for awhile but because I's been awhile, I've forgotten, many of the procedures. Recently, I started using photoexpress for my iphone and tablet. Initially, I used photoshop express to upload images; but now, I need to go back and update, edite and delete images from this program. I am stuck because, I can't remember this procedure is called?

1Photoshop Express for iPhone and iPad can edit only local images on the device, and not Online images. If you have Elements, ensure the images uploaded from your iPhone/iPad are in an album for which Elements Backup/Sync is enabled, and you can then edit them in Elements after the images are synced back down to your desktop.

can i upload photos from any phone? or just iPhones?

the Photoshop Express app can be found at iTunes for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch (2nd generation or newer I think)
For Android devices, the app can be found in the Market.
